Nanoengineering Equipment

The Nanoengineering Group features an optics laboratory with high-end optical metrology and fabrication services for solid as well as soft matter. The lab is fully equipped for the preparation and manipulation of chemical samples and biological material. Moreover, the group has access to nanoGUNE’s world-class cleanroom  for nano and microfabrication, to all laboratories and equipment including a high-end Electron-Microscopy Laboratory.
