Superconductivity is not restricted to low temperatures! Indeed, transition temperatures up to 260 K (-13 °C) have been demonstrated by multiple groups in hydride compounds at very high pressures. This is a success story of both theory and experiment. I will present experimental studies of hydride superconductors including in situ synthesis and characterisation of superconductivity in diamond-anvil pressures cells at megabar pressures.
