Language classes

NanoGUNE, and the Donostia International Physics Center (DIPC) are jointly offering Spanish and Basque courses for (i) nanoGUNE, and DIPC employees and (ii) guest researchers staying for more than 6 months, under the following conditions:

1. Classes are PRESENTIAL and are held in the seminar room.
2. Classes are free of charge with the exception of the course-book, which shall be bought by the attendants, according to the instructions given by the teacher.
3. New students could join following these registration dates and conditions:

   1. 2025-2026 academic course registration deadlines:

      1st REGISTRATION	2nd REGISTRATION	3rd REGISTRATION
      September 10 to 24	January 8 to 31 *	April 1 to 30 *

             * (Students are required to have the appropriate level).

4. A minimum of 75% of attendance is required in order to continue with the classes. An attendance follow-up will be done monthly. Students not complying with the minimum monthly attendance, with no justifications, will be withdrawn from the course.

5. In order to join the courses:

   • The “Course participation agreement” at the bottom of this page should be filled and signed.
   • The correspondent language level test should be completed**
   • All these documents should be sent to people@nanogune.eu.

   **Employees who already joined the courses last year and would like to renew the registration, are also invited to fill in the new form for the academic year 2025-2026. For them, no level test is required.
