Technion-nanoGUNE-Barcelona Symposium in Haifa (Israel)

Celebrated on May 26 and 27, the symposium covered some of the hot research topics under development in each of the research institutions and established stronger collaborative links among Technion, nanoGUNE and Barcelona Nano Cluster Bellaterra.

The symposium took place at the Russell Berrie Nanotechnology Institute in Haifa. The program included four sessions devoted to “Nanomaterials and nanomagnetism”, “Self-assembly and microscopy”, “Nanomaterials and nanodevices”, and “Nano-Bio”.

This symposium follows the successful Nanomaterials for Energy and Biotechnology Workshop celebrated at the nanoGUNE facilities in Donostia – San Sebastian last November, which offered a unique oportunity to explore common interests and to establish fruitful collaborations among the participants.
