Information for contributors
SPIN & ORBIT will hold a poster session on the topic of Orbitronics on Thursday, 3 April 2025 and is welcoming submissions. Please keep the following dates in mind to plan your submission:

| Notification of acceptance | 24 January 2025 (for first submissions) 7 February 2025 (late submissions) |
To submit your abstract, you will first need to pre-register for the conference. You will then be able to send us your abstract through your user area. Click below to get started.
Poster format
- Posters can be attached by pins (provided) to the poster panels (provided)
- Recommended poster size is A0 (841 mm x 1190 mm)
- There is no specific template for posters
- Posters must be printed and brought by the presenter
- Posters must be printed in large format, printed assemblies of A4 or Letter formats are not accepted
- There is no poster printing service provided by the conference organizers
